We (Eddie and Steve) met working at a pub in Plymouth without much direction, instantly connecting with a common love for great beer, amongst other things.
With that shared passion, a couple of home brew kits and a desire to prove we could, Short Odds Brewery, was born.

Steve's beer is the essence of Short Odds. A passionate homebrewer the past 6 years we've finally convinced him to share that beer with the people. A stickler for perfection and supreme taste, there's not a single beer of ours that he hasn't poured his heart and soul into.
EDDIE QUILTER
Director, Head of Sales
Eddie has been one of Steve's biggest cheerleaders since he took up brewing. With experience in many beer-centric roles in hospitality, he is extremely excited to be the driving force behind getting these beauties into your hands.
DAN WEBB
'Future' Taproom Manager
Dan's worked alongside Eddie for the past 3 years at one of the best craft beer pubs in the country. A great guy, excellent bar manager and a beer enthusiast. For now he's a general dogsbody but you'll be able to see his face (and hear his laugh) in our planned taproom, very soon.

If you love the designs on our cans and pumpclips, then you should direct your love in Charlottes direction. Eddie & Steve often have pretty abstract descriptions for what they want on the cans, she makes them a reality...
She's also wicked with a mop & broom, which comes in handy at the brewery.
